1. SCHEDULES
All times in the timetable are local. Times shown in your ticket, timetables or elsewhere are not guaranteed and do not form a part of the contract of carriage. WORLD SUNSHINE TRAVEL will not be liable for errors or omissions in above publication. Schedules are subject to change without notice.
2. RESERVATIONS
You are kindly requested to book your flight well in advance through in WORLD SUNSHINE TRAVEL offices from some our travel agent.. Should you want to change your travel plans, please let us know in time so that we can make the seats available again.
In case of a no show, WORLD SUNSHINE TRAVEL reserves the right to cancel all connecting and return bookings.
3. TICKETING TIME LIMITS
You will be informed about the time limit for purchase or validation of your ticket at WORLD SUNSHINE TRAVEL offices. Failure to comply with it may result in cancellation of your reservation.
4. TICKET VALIDITY
A ticket is valid from 1 month to 1 year from the beginning of first sector of trip, unless the conditions of tariff used determine otherwise. If no flight coupon is used, the validity of the ticket is counted from the date of its issue. If the entire ticket has not been used, the passenger may request compensation of the relevant amount – 30 days after the expiry date, at the latest, if the tariff conditions allow.
5. AIR FARES
All fares and rates are subject to change at any time without notice.Details will be supplied upon application by an airline office or agency. The price of a ticket for a child under 2 years of age who is accompanied by an adult is usually 10% of the adult fare and the child is not entitled to a seat. A child between 2 and 12 years of age accompanied by an adult may receive a discount of up to 67 % of the adult fare and is entitled to his/her own seat. There are various discounts applicable under certain conditions, such as for young people, students and group travels.
Transportation of unaccompanied children is subject to special regulations.
5. YOUR BAGGAGE
6.1. FREE baggage allowance
For international travels (except USA/Canada) on the free baggage allowance in Economy class is 20 kg, in Business class - 30 kg.
In general, to/from USA/Canada the piece system applies. Adults and children over 2 years of age are entitled to a free baggage allowance consisting of 2 checked pieces, each one not larger than 158 cm, i.e. the sum of 3 dimensions (length, width, height) should not exceed 158 cm. The maximum weight of any piece in the free baggage allowance is 23 kg.
In addition to the free checked baggage, adults and children over 2 years may carry one piece of hand baggage not heavier than 10 kg and whose dimensions do not exceed 115 cm.
For infants and children under 2 years there is а free baggage allowance, infant’s carrying basket and baby food for the flight.
6.2. ADDITIONAL FREE baggage items
On all international flights the following objects may be taken free of charge as additional hand baggage: a ladies hand bag or pocked book, an overcoat or wrap, an umbrella or a walking stick, a small camera, a paid of binoculars, a reasonable amount of reading material, a fully collapsible wheelchair and/or a pair of crutches.
These articles are carried under the care and responsibility of the passenger.
6.3. EXCESS BAGGAGE Baggage exceeding the free allowance may be transported as excess baggage; the charge is following:
Sof- to Amsterdam, Berlin, Brussels, Copenhagen, Frankfurt, London, Paris, Stockholm, Tel Aviv is 7 Euro per kg
Sof- to Madrid, Lisbon and Barcelona - 9 Euro per kg
Sof- to Rome, Zurich, Vienna and Milan- 5 Euro per kg
Sof- to Moscow and Praga - 4 Euro per kg

7. BAGGAGE AND YOUR SAFETY
For your personal safety and flights security do not accept for carriage articles which are not your own.
Special regulations apply to the transportation of animals, weapons and dangerous food (firearms; compressed gases: aerosol sprays, oxygen bottles; explosives: fireworks, ammunition; flammable solids and liquids: fuel, alcohol, strike anywhere matches; corrosive substances; oxidizing and radioactive materials; poisons and tear gases; mercury and magnetized materials). Medicines and toilet articles for use during the journey are excepted from these restrictions.
Please place the following articles in your baggage which will be carried in the luggage compartments of the airplane: all types of knives and scissors, nail files and other sharp articles, toys resembling weapons and articles which can be used as offensive.
You are requested not to use Electronic devices on board of your flight, as it may affect the flight instruments.
8. AIRPORT REGISTRATION
You are kindly requested to arrive at the check-in location of the airport at least one hour prior the scheduled departure. This is necessary for the timely completion of the different formalities related to your journey.
When travel begins from an airport in Bulgaria, the check-in deadline is 40 minutes prior to the scheduled departure.
In case you report after the latest check-in time WORLD SUNSHINE TRAVEL can not guarantee your check-in and embarkation and will not be liable for the negative results of your delay.
9. DOCUMENTS
Both Bulgaria Air and travel agencies will be pleased to give detailed information concerning passport, visa, health and/or other regulations. However, WORLD SUNSHINE TRAVEL cannot accept responsibility for passengers being improperly or insufficiently documented. Without a proper passport, visa and health documentation as required by the countries of exit, transit, and entry, the passenger may not be accepted for boarding.
10. PASSENGERS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
Passengers who fall into the below categories of special conditions will be transported under the terms and conditions stipulated by the carrier.
Ill and disabled passengers
Carriage of such passengers must be agreed upon and confirmed by the carrier in the reservation before the actual carriage. In certain cases the carrier may require medical approval on a special form. The form may be obtained from Bulgaria Air sales offices.
Unaccompanied minors
Unaccompanied minors are children between 2 and 7 years of age, not accompanied by a person over 12 years of age. When buying a ticket for an unaccompanied minor, it must be confirmed, on a special form, that the child will be accompanied till departure and that there will be a responsible person waiting for him or her upon arrival. Passengers from their 8th to 12th birthday may travel as unaccompanied minors at the request of their parents only. Passengers from their 12th to 16th birthday, who travel alone at the specific request of their parents, do not pay an additional charge in addition to the applicable youth fare.
Expectant mothers
May normally be accepted for transportation until 4 weeks before expected delivery date.
From 4 weeks until 2 weeks before expected delivery date they should have doctor’s certificate allowing this and that the duration of the flight is 4 hours or less
11. CARRIAGE OF LIVE ANIMALS FROM/TO BULGARIA
General
Live animals may be carried to those countries only where ”arrival country” regulations allow, and under conditions determined for the actual country. An Import Licence, issued by the State Veterinary Administration is required for all animals staying in Bulgaria longer than 3 months. Transport to Bulgaria may be refused in cases where the animal is not in good health, or in cases where there is an unfavourable epizootic situation in the country of origin. Live animals must be carried only in special, sturdy containers for live animals – with sufficient ventilation openings and with a sturdy, impermeable bottom. The carrier has the right to request consent to transport from the veterinary service, or approval for the container used, if this is deemed necessary. A passenger must always make a reservation for the carriage of live animals. Some aircraft are not suitable for transport of live animals – Bae 146 – because their cargo compartments are not pressurized.
Dogs and Cats
Each dog and cat older than 3 months must be vaccinated against rabies, at least 30 days, but not more than 12 months, prior to departure. In cases of revaccination the waiting period of 30 days is not necessary. The animals must have a tattoo or identification microchip. Each animal must have a valid international certificate (passport).
Other Animals
A health certificate is required in each separate case.
Carriage of live animals on board
A maximum of two live animals (one in C Class and one in Y Class) are allowed to be transported in the passenger cabin. A container with a maximum size not exceeding a length of 48 cm, a width of 32 cm and a depth of 29 cm holding the animal will be placed under the seat for the passenger, and it must not weigh more than 8 kg. Only dogs and cats may be carried in the passenger cabin. The fee for carriage of a live animal on board will be calculated according to the applicable charges for excess baggage. Animals of an endangered species which are specially controlled (CITES) must be accompanied by all corresponding documents.

2. РЕЗЕPВАЦИЯ НА МЕСТА
Моля предварително да запазите място за определена дата и полет, като се свържете с което и да е от посочените на WORLDSUNSHINE TRAVEL агент.В случай, че промените плановете си, моля да ни информирате, за да можем да разполагаме по-нататък с мястото.
При неизползване на резервация си запазваме правото да анулираме резервациите за следващите отсечки и/или обратно пътуване.
Срокът за препотвърждаване на направената резервация по европейските международни линии е 48 часа преди датата на пътуване, а за презокеанските и междуконтиненталните полети - 72 часа, в противен случай резервацията ще бъде анулирана.
3. КРАЕН СРОК ЗА ЗАКУПУВАНЕ НА САМОЛЕТНИЯ БИЛЕТ
Моля да се информирате c агент на WORLD SUNSHINE TRAVEL за крайния срок на закупуване или заверка на билета, защото в противен случай резервацията ще бъде анулирана.
4. ПРЕКЪСВАНЕ НА ПЪТУВАНЕТО
Ако имате намерение да прекъснете пътуването си и да престоите няколко дни в някой пункт от Вашия маршрут, моля уговорете това предварително, в момента, в който резервирате място, купувате или заверявате билета си.
5. СРОК НА ВАЛИДНОСТ И ВРЪЩАНЕ НА СУМИ
Всеки международен пътнически и багажен билет, издаден по нормална тарифа, е валиден за превоз ot 1 month go 1 year от датата на издаване, при условие, че пътуването не е започнало. Ако сте използвали билета по една отсечка от маршрута си, то валидността e същaTa от датата, на която сте започнали пътуването. В случай, че билетът е издаден по специална тарифа, то срокът на валидност се определя от специфичните условия за нейното приложение.
Рекламации за връщане на суми за неизползвани международни билети се подават в писмена форма на превозвача най-късно до един месец - 30 (тридесет) календарни дни - след датата, на която изтича валидността на превозния документ.
6. ТАРИФИ
Публикуваните тарифи подлежат на промяна без предизвестие. Допускат се различни видове намаления на редовните тарифи, приложими при специални условия (за деца до 2 год. - 90%, за деца от 2 до 12 год. - 33% и др.). Информирайте се за тези намаления в бюрата на България Ер преди купуването на билета.
При превоза на непридружени деца се прилагат специални условия.
7. ВАШИЯТ БАГАЖ
а) Безплатна норма на багаж
По международните полети на (с изключение на САЩ/Канада) разрешената безплатна норма на багаж в икономическа класа е 20 кг, а в комфортна класа - 30 кг.
За пътувания до/от САЩ/Канада безплатната норма на багаж е на база разрешени бройки. За възрастни и деца над 2 години е разрешен безплатен превоз на две бройки регистриран багаж, при условие, че сборът от трите измерения (дължина, ширина, височина) на всяка една не превишава 158 см и максималното тегло на всяка една е 23 кг.
В допълнение към регистрирания багаж възрастни и деца над 2 години могат да превозят 1 брой ръчен багаж, не
по-тежък от 10 кг и чиито размери не превишават 115 см.
Бебета и деца до 2 годишна възраст имат право на безплатна норма багаж, освен портативно бебешко кошче и/или сгъваема детска количка и бебешка храна за полета.
б) Допълнителни безплатни вещи и предмети
По всички международни полети следните предмети могат да се превозват безплатно като кабинен багаж: малка дамска и/или тоалетна чантичка; чадър и/или бастун; палто, пелерина, и/или леко одеяло; книги, списания и други печатни материали за ползване по време на полета; чифт патерици и/или сгъваемо портативно инвалидно кресло. Тези предмети се превозват под контрола и на отговорност на пътника.
в) Свръхбагаж
Багажът, превишаващ разрешената безплатна норма, може да бъде превозен като свръхбагаж. Таксата е както следва:
- до Амстердам, Берлин, Брюксел, Копенхаген, Франкфурт, Лондон, Париж, Стокхолм и Тел Авив - 7 евро за кг.
Sof- до Мадрид, Лисабон и Барцелона - 9 евро за кг.
Sof- до Рим, Цюрих, Виена и Милано - 5 евро за кг.
Sof- до Москва и Прага- 4 евро за кг.

8. БАГАЖЪТ И ВАШАТА СИГУРНОСТ
За Вашата лична сигурност и за безопасността на полета не приемайте за пренасяне чужди вещи.
Специални условия се прилагат при превоза на живи животни, огнестрелно оръжие и опасни товари (съдове с газ под налягане: аерозоли, бутилки с кислород; експлозиви; фойерверки и муниции; леснозапалими твърди и течни вещества: бензин, кибрит и др.; разяждащи вещества; оксидиращи материали; отрови и сълзотворни газове; радиоактивни вещества; живак; магнитни материали). Забранено е тези предмети да се поставят в пътническия багаж.
Допуска се изключение за лекарства и козметични средства, предназначени за ползване по време на полета.
Всички видове ножове и ножици; пилички за нокти и други остри предмети; играчки, наподобяващи оръжие и др. подобни, моля, поставяйте в багажа, който ще предадете за превоз в багажниците на самолета.
Моля, не използвайте по време на полета електронни уреди, тъй като това може да окаже влияние върху уредите.

9. РЕГИСТРАЦИЯ НА ЛЕТИЩЕТО
Моля, явете се на мястото за регистрация на летището най-късно един час преди излитане на самолета по разписание. Това се налага, за да се извършат митническите, паспортните и други формалности, свързани с Вашето пътуване. При пътуване, започващо от летищата на територията на Република България, приемането на пътници се прекратява не по-късно от 40 минути преди часа, определен за излитане на самолета.
В случай, че се явите със закъснение, рискувате да не бъдете регистриран и приет за полета, като WORLD SUNSHINE TRAVEL не поема отговорност за произтичащите от това закъснение последствия.
10. ДОКУМЕНТИ
Във всяко бюро на WORLD SUNSHIE TRAVEL или агент на авиокомпанията ще получите изчерпателна информация относно необходимите за Вашето пътуване документи (паспорт, визи, здравни сертификати и др.). Вие лично трябва да си подсигурите необходимите документи, защото единствено Вие сте отговорен за последствията от тяхната нередовност.
10. ПЪТНИЦИ СЪС СПЕЦИАЛНИ НУЖДИ
Пътници, които попадат в някоя от по-долу изброените категории, ще бъдат превозени според условията определени от Авиокомпанията.
Бременни жени
Авиокомпанията приема за превоз бременни жени до 32-та седмица от бременността.
Mежду 32 и 34 седмица от бременността, Авиокомпанията приема за превоз бреммени жени единствено ако представят медицинско свидетелство от лекар, в което изрично е упоменато, че лицето може да пътува със самолет, като полета не надвишава 4 часа.
